1. No Speculative Alliance: Submission of an operational mandate or a venture initialization request via the Secure Intake portal does not establish an active advisory engagement or partnership.

2. Absolute Discretion: System 2 Foundry reserves sovereign, unvouched discretion regarding client selection, project incubation acceptance, and access to restricted briefings.

3. Intellectual Property: All architectural methodologies, split-crests, and technical definitions (including Project Croc architecture) are the permanent, firewalled IP of System 2 Tech Foundry LLC and CHC Apex Corporation.
